Most Hydrating Smoothie Ever

The Most Hydrating Smoothie Ever Recipe

There are two major upsides to embracing this smoothie recipe: 1) all of the ingredients are easy to have on hand (aka nothing weird or has only one purpose), and 2) you will feel instant results in terms of how hydrated you are (which translates to better skin hydration as well)! It’s full of antioxidants, minerals, electrolytes, vitamins, and even gives you a boost of protein without any grit or powder. I like to drink this in the morning (especially on days I’m feeling sluggish) for instant energy and to give my skin a hydration boost for the rest of the day. Keep in mind, this smoothie is not heavy and not meant to be used as a meal replacement, it is meant to hydrate and nourish your cells. I recommend having it as a snack right after a workout or anytime you are starting to feel fatigued and need a boost of energy and refreshment.

Recipe:

2 baby cucumbers chopped (or ½ of a large cucumber)

Handful of frozen or fresh strawberries

Handful of frozen or fresh blueberries

Handful of spinach or kale

½ - ¾ squeezed lemon juice (depending how much juice comes out)

1 tablespoon raw honey

3-4 tablespoons hemp seeds

1 cup coconut water

Blend until smooth, sip slowly.
