How to use:
Place your Light directly on the skin and gently hold it in place for about 3 minutes. The device has a 3-minute timer that tells you when it is time to move the light to a new section of the skin. If desired, close the eye nearest to the Light. The skin can only absorb a certain amount of light at a time but you can use your Light every day if desired. Aim to use it at least 1-3x a week on clean skin. The light may also help some products penetrate deeper into the skin.
LED Information:
LED stands for Light Emitting Diode, which is, in essence, a tiny computer chip encased in glass.
