So much of mothering is being hunched over, using one arm to do everything, and not having a fall back routine that helps us feel like ourselves again. I gathered all of the movements I personally used during those early postpartum weeks to create a class plan you can follow week after week. Trust me, I get it - The last thing you want to do is THINK! I've taken all the thinking out for you and put in all in one easy place so all you have to do is wash your face, hit play and follow along. :)

What I want you to gain is an understanding of how to speak to your skin, how to listen to your skin, and ultimately how to tune into your inner wisdom. Mindful skincare gives us this opportunity to spend time with our skin, to touch it, assess it, give it more love, feed it the right nutrients inside and out.
Skincare is just a tool to express self love and discover your inner radiance. It can help us heal on a very deep level; from our skin to our skin within. As you become more mindful with this practice, you start to notice more beautiful things around you, and that includes the beauty you see in yourself.
